US based leadership coach, Hitendra Wadhwa was in the city on an invitation of newly founded groups of book lovers, Inkreadible and Novel Bunch, to speak about his highly acclaimed book, "Inner Mastery, Outer Impact: How Your Five Core Energies Hold the Key to Success".
Hitendra Wadhwa was in conversation with Vivek Atray, IAS officer-turned motivational speaker, author, advisor, columnist and a visiting professor, who unveiled the key secrets of life's Inner Mastery and principles for success, that Hitendra had been teaching to management students as well as to senior executives in big corporate like Accenture, SAP, Pfizer, Tata Group, Ericsson, GE, Kraft Heinz, Siemens and Morgan Stanley.
The five basic principles the inner mastery, Hitendra revealed, are Purpose, Wisdom, Growth, Love, and Self-Realisation.
He advised to find one's purpose in life through self-exploration and living with utmost intellectual humility, by enjoying and celebrating the joys and successes of others.
Vivek Atray beautifully brought out the crux of his philosophy of life that the external world is a manifestation of one's own inner experience and thoughts which one can continue to improve for blissful and successful living.
The Inkreadible and the Novel Bunch – a brainchild of Hardeep Chandpuri had brought together many professionals from different walks of life with love for people, the art, music and literature, including many dignitaries including former IPS officer J. S. Bawa, K. Siva Prasad IAS; former Punjab chief Secretary Karan A Singh, another former DGP Punjab P. C Dogra, senior lawyer and former Director of National Judicial Academy of India Dr. Balram Gupta, among others.
