INTERACTORS ATTEND ROTARY YOUTH LEADERSHIP AWARDS (RYLA)
The Interactors of Sri Aurobindo School of Integral Education, Chandigarh attended the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Camp hosted by Rotary Club, Chandigarh at Shoghi hills near Shimla. It was an intensive training programme by the Rotarians where the interactors got a unique opportunity to hone their leadership potential, enhance communication skills and develop problem- solving strategies through interactive sessions, discussions and outdoor activities. They also participated in adventure activities like Trekking, Rock Climbing, Jungle Cat Walk, Rappelling, Bamboo Bridge, Obstacles courses etc. The young participants learnt how to channelize their energy for serving the community, country and the humanity at large. It was an enriching experience for the young interactors.

श्री अरबिंदो स्कूल ऑफ इंटीग्रल एजुकेशन, चंडीगढ़ के इंटरैक्टर्स ने रोटरी क्लब, चंडीगढ़ द्वारा शिमला के निकट शोगी पहाड़ियों में आयोजित रोटरी यूथ लीडरशिप अवार्ड्स (आरवाईएलए) कैंप में भाग लिया। यह रोटेरियन्स द्वारा एक गहन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम था जहां इंटरएक्टर्स को अपनी नेतृत्व क्षमता को सुधारने, संचार कौशल को बढ़ाने और इंटरैक्टिव सत्रों, चर्चाओं और बाहरी गतिविधियों के माध्यम से समस्या को सुलझाने की रणनीतियों को विकसित करने का एक अनूठा अवसर मिला। उन्होंने साहसिक गतिविधियों जैसे ट्रेकिंग, रॉक क्लाइम्बिंग, जंगल कैट वॉक, रैपलिंग, बैंबू ब्रिज, बाधा कोर्स आदि में भी भाग लिया। युवा प्रतिभागी बड़े पैमाने पर समुदाय, देश और मानवता की सेवा करने के लिए अपनी ऊर्जा को चैनल बनाना सीखते हैं। यह युवा बातचीत करने वालों के लिए एक समृद्ध अनुभव था।
