Whatever the controversy may be around Mr Vijay K Dev, Advisor to UT Administrator, he was a man of few words, focussed, decisive, resolute, and ready to support any good activity or a project in the city. He was a literateur, well-read with thorough grounding in different scriptures which he quoted extempore during his speeches. A remarkable man...Chandigarh will miss him.
